Senior IT Assistant

Senior IT Assistant in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 526553) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess 5 passes in HKCEE or min. level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE, with at least 2 years’ experience in IT support and proven expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving. They should have solid knowledge and experience in video capture and editing, utilizing industry-standard tools and software; proficiency in software solutions, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of various programs and applications; expertise in video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients; and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization.

The appointee will provide top-notch IT support and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. He/She will work closely with AAI and contribute to important research. Opportunities for professional development and growth will be provided.
