Job Description:

Administrative Assistant II in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 526504) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 7 years’ relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role, in tertiary education institutions. They should have outstanding administration and management skills, particularly in the areas of human resources and finance; excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; good organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; and the ability to multi-task and work independently to meet strict deadlines. They should also be attentive to details, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

The appointee will work for the Jockey Club SMART Family-Link Project under the supervision of Professor Kelvin Wang. He/She will work closely with various parties, including the funder, NGOs, community partners, internal and external stakeholders, and other teams to administer the Project. He/She will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of administrative functions including human resources, budgeting and financial matters, project planning and management, progress reporting and secretarial work, office management; supervising junior administrative staff and clerical staff; and performing other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
