Executive Officer

Executive Officer in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.: 526493) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Health, Psychology, or related disciplines, with at least 4 years’ experience in project management. They should be detail-minded, able to handle multiple concurrent tasks, and have a strong sense of responsibility. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required for effective communication. Experience in managing research projects as well as handling human resources and financial matters in tertiary institutions would be an advantage.

The appointee will assist in a wide range of administrative and project management duties relating to mental health projects. He/She will liaise with external parties and internal stakeholders, organize events, supervise and train junior staff, and perform other duties as assigned.
