Clerk I in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 526495) (to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years’ experience. They should have a good command of English and Chinese; excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; appropriate level of IT proficiency such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or database management. Experience on management software would be an advantage. They should also be self-motivated; attentive to details; and a good team player.
The appointee will provide a full spectrum of administrative support to haematology clinical research team in various areas including general office administration, human resources, finance administration, secretarial support and meeting organization; and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
