Job Description:

Academic Programme Officer/Assistant Academic Programme Officer (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Architecture (Ref.: 526447) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should have a recognised Bachelor’s degree or Diploma and at least 3 years’ work experience in a tertiary institution. They should have a good command of English and Chinese, effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude, and be able to work independently and under pressure. Those with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Academic Programme Officer (Clerk II).

The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to academic programmes, including recruitment and admissions, curriculum management, student matters, and examinations. He/She will also assist in Faculty events and projects, and perform other duties as assigned.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
