Executive Officer

Executive Officer in the School of Biomedical Sciences (Ref.: 526405) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with at least 2 years’ experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably with fluency in Putonghua); good organizational and communication skills; the ability to work independently; and proficiency in computer skills. They should also be a good team leader and player, and able to multi-task.

The appointee will provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the School's Director, including finance management, human capital management, knowledge exchange, research services support, and perform other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
