Job Description:

Legal Executive (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Technology Transfer Office (Ref.: 526374) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal.)

Applicants should possess a Diploma or above in Legal Studies, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines, with at least 3 years of solid relevant work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); proficiency in English and Chinese word processing and PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook; excellent interpersonal, organizational, detail-oriented and communication skills; and a strong sense of responsibility and ethics. They should also be self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

The appointee will provide comprehensive executive and secretarial support to the legal team; handle daily correspondence, communication and appointments; maintain up-to-date filing system and record keeping; prepare and review straightforward or standard agreements; engross and arrange the execution of agreements; and perform miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks as required.
