Job Description:

Secretary II in the University Health Service (Ref.: 526267) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma, or have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 3-5 years’ work experience. Preference will be given to those holding a Bachelor’s degree or those with formal secretarial training. Applicants should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing. They should also have a strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude and work ethics, the ability to multi-task, work independently and under pressure, and be self-motivated.

The appointee will be responsible for secretarial, administrative and clerical duties, providing customer service for front counter, handling enquiries, and any other duties as assigned.
