Job Description:

Clerk I/II (holding the functional title of Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant) (several posts) in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 526231) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma, OR 5 passes in HKCEE including English, Chinese and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; effective communication, organizational and problem-solving skill; and strong computer literacy. They should also be a good team player; attentive to details; hardworking; self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ethics; and able to multi-task and work independently. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Clerk II.

The appointees will provide administrative and clerical support to academic programmes, including recruitment and admissions, curriculum management, student matters, incoming and outgoing exchanges, examinations, departmental events; and perform other duties as assigned.
