Post-doctoral Fellow in the [Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology] (Ref.: 526123)

Duties and Responsibilities
- work on an R&D project related to medical communications, big data, and intelligent systems.
- design/refine the clinical big data system and platform for medical data management, communication, and supporting machine learning.
- grant application, project management, publish and present research findings.
- perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- a Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering, computer science, information engineering, or a related discipline.
- a proven track record of project and research experience in medical communication systems, medical informatization, and big data management, practical engineering experience is preferred.
- proficiency in the DICOM communication protocol.
- strong programming skills and high implementation efficiency.
- good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- the ability to work on a tight schedule to meet project deadlines.
- the ability to work independently and in a team.
- self-motivated and responsible.
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis for 1 year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
