    The Opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi 

    An exciting opportunity for a Student Advisor has become available in the Student Hub, City campus, Student Services & Administration division.

    For this role, we are looking for an individual who can deliver comprehensive support using a case management approach.  Our Student Advisors cover a broad range of student services, from assistance with student administration matters through to wellbeing support, enabling students to achieve their academic and personal goals.  The Student Hub's services are delivered across multiple channels; phones, email, in-person and online.

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. social work, psychology, youth development, health sciences)
    • experience in tertiary education, community support or customer service
    • a passion for supporting student success
    • an ability to deliver high-quality, professional service with a culture of customer care
    • an understanding of advisory support delivered via a case management model
    • extensive experience with technology and relationship management software
