About the role
The primary focus of this role will be phone based outbound sales of AUT's Online offering to achieve our enrolment targets. You will enjoy sales and be driven to converting student leads into successful applications and enrolments. You will implement sales strategies, to ensure a seamless and effective student recruitment process, significantly contributing to the growth and success of AUT Online and its students.
Skills and Experience
You will be an experienced outbound sales professional. You will also bring with you:
- Sales experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a high performing sales consultant or student advisory. Preferably in higher-education.
- Proven success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and performance targets, within an agreed timeframe.
- Comfortable working in a project environment: This will be a high change environment so the ability to work flexibly and adapt to change is essential.
- A passion for education: Experience in higher education is not essential but would be advantageous.
- Cultural excellence: Commitment to building team understanding of te Ao Māori, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000 (appointment level and salary commensurate with skills and experience)
