Job Description:

Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530126) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree with around 3 years of work experience, preferably in the field of Human Resources at a tertiary education sector. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; computer literacy; as well as the ability to multitask under pressure and work independently and in a team environment. They should also be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in handling recruitment and good knowledge in data processing and analysis would be an advantage.

The appointee will provide clerical support to the Faculty’s Human Resources team, handle tasks related to the committees and meetings, and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. He/She have to maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
