Job Description:

Research Assistant I/II in Metabolic Medicine in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine and the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Ref.: 518688) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis or one-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Biomedical/Biological Sciences, Public Health, or other related disciplines. They should have a good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Cantonese) and English; good interpersonal and management skills; a strong sense of responsibility; and the ability to multi-task and work independently.

The appointee will work on a clinical trial with overweight and obese individuals with prediabetes. He/She will assist in project management, recruitment of participants, data collection and analysis, and perform other duties as assigned. 5.5 working days per week is required.
