Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) (several posts) in the School of Clinical Medicine, LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 515622) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 year’s work experience, OR 5 passes in HKCEE / min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE with 3 years’ relevant work experience. Experience in higher education or healthcare sector or of a related field will be an advantage. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; IT proficiency including MS Office and Chinese Word processing; and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. They should be a good team player, reliable, self-motivated, attentive to details, able to work independently, and able to multi-task efficiently.

The appointees will mainly provide day-to-day clerical support to the HKU Health System, the umbrella executive arm overseeing and supporting the LKS Faculty of Medicine's clinical enterprises. They will support the team in the aspects of clinical governance, record management, procurement and inventory control, and coordination of clinical services provisions. The appointees may also be tasked to perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned in support of the Faculty's mission, core values and goals.
